• Condition: Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.

• Exceptions: Customized, altered, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Requests will be reviewed within 3 business days, and approval will be granted only if all conditions are met.

• Items returned without prior authorization will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.

3. Fees & Deductions

• Handling Fee: A return handling fee of 100 SR (or equivalent) will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover logistics, inspection, and administrative processing.

• Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

• Refusal Rights: GUSH reserves the right to refuse any return that does not fully comply with this policy.

4. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

• GUSH is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
